1.We always declare your items as “gift/sample” on the commercial invoice or customs declacation,and we are trying to help you minimize any GST or V.A.T or other taxes,but we cannot guarantee no tax vharges which depends on your country’s policy.

1.Our store promise that we will dispatch your sample orders in 48-72 hours (excluding Holidays). After the confirmation of buyers payment for the orders in Aliexpress. (Aliexpress platform usually needs to take approx 48 hours to audit your payment)
2.The 72 hoyrs rule is only applicable for small order. Larger orders and mixed orders will take longer lead time to prepare the products and therefore it is not cover under this rule.
3.We usually ship your products via China Post Air ,Epack,Singapore,Netherland Post,Swiss Post ,ect. Which takes 10-45 working days to reach your location.
4.If a single product weights more than 2 kg,we will use commercial courier delivery(EMS,DHL,Fedex,TNT,USP,ect).

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
